在这学期我担任七年级一班，二班的英语教学。由于教龄浅，教学经验少，所以我对教学工作不敢怠慢，认真学习，深入研究教法，虚心向老教师学习。经过努力，我学到了很多东西同时在教学过程中对七年级教学也有了一些自己的想法。以下是我在本学期的个人工作情况总结。
一、教学计划
七年级是小学到初中的转型期，教学方式和教学内容都开始发生转变，所以我时刻注意学生对这种转变的适应情况，及时解决出现的问题。我努力把学习内容归类，用尽量简洁却有趣的方式教课，让学生在不知不觉中接受知识，以免学生对英语的学习产生厌烦的情绪。两个班的人数都在70人左右，要想对所有学生进行细致的辅导，这几乎是不可能的，所以我每周都会制定目标针对广泛出现的问题进行有针对性的辅导。经过一年的学习，学生们已经逐渐的适应了初中的教学模式，知识上也有了一定的提高，而且知识的运用也较好。
二、教学成绩
在这一年的学习中大部分的学生都能够掌握初一应该掌握的英语知识，而且能够较为熟练的运用，这对他们今后的学习非常有帮助。另外，除了课本知识的学习我还注意学生良好习惯的培养，希望他们逐渐增强自制力，为学生从老师教的学习模式向自学型学习模式转换打好基础。
三、存在的问题
虽然学生基本上都能把所学的知识掌握，但是在知识的灵活应用方面却仍旧存在困难。另外，部分学生对学习失去了兴趣，注意力投放在其他的地方，这不仅不利于教师的教学而且严重影响学生以后的发展，从而对学生人格的塑造产生很坏的影响。
四、改进的措施
只有掌握了这一学期教学和工作中存在的问题，才能更好的进行改进，所以我常常对自己的工作进行反思，以期有更好的教学方式呈现在学生面前。经过思考，我发现还有以下需要改进的地方：首先，对该年级教学重点不明确，从而导致有时候教学思路不明确，教学内容过多。其次，在掌握课堂方面有欠缺，不能时刻从总体上注意到学生的学习状况。最后，在教学过程中，对知识的延伸拓展做的不是很好。鉴于以上几点，在接下来的工作中我要多从学生的角度想问题真正了解学生学习的困难，帮学生解决学习中遇到的问题并让学生逐渐建立起自信，在轻松快中进一步提高学习成绩。
以上就是我对本学期教学工作的总结，在这一年中我遇到了很多的困难同时也学到了很多，体验了很多的快乐，在以后的教学中我一定多学多思考并且努力提高自己的教学水平和能力。
俗话说：光阴似箭，岁月如梭。很快，短暂的一学年的教育教学工作就要结束。本学期我担任七年级(1)、(4)班的英语教育教学工作。回想这一学期，我感慨万千，这其中有苦有乐，有辛酸也有喜悦，失败与成功并存。在这一学期里，我觉得我自己是过得既紧张又忙碌，既愉快又充实。现我将从以下几个方面做出本学年的工作总结。
做为一位英语教师，要想让自己的教学水平更上一层楼。就应该试着使自己向外向型的教师发展，始终处于不断学习中。因此，本学期自己参加了学校组织的青年教师课堂赛教活动，听取了十多位年轻教师的英语课堂，学到了很多新型的教学手段和教学方法，受益匪浅。很多新的教学理念和教学方法都被用在了自己平时的课堂教学中，是教学成绩有了较大的提高。
七年级十一、十二两班学生中，百分之八十来自于农村学校的毕业生，由于农村小学的条件有限，大部分学生英语基础差，部分学生几乎可以说没有英语基础。鉴于这种情况，我首先从学生的学习英语兴趣入手，想尽办法利用自身优势深入学生中，熟悉学生，最大限度的发现学生的亮点，激活学生那颗闪烁的心灵，极大的调动学生学习英语的积极性。如：用兴趣记忆法识记单词和短语。例如：教词汇时，把他们编成顺口溜。教唱一些英文歌曲等。如教business,让学生先分解其单词为“bus” “in” “e” “ss”.然后想象：有一辆公交车(bus),里面(in)有一只鹅(e)，鹅身上绕着两条蛇(ss)，就是business。让学生从学习中体会到乐趣。如此极大的调动了学生学习的兴趣。有了兴趣就有了想提高成绩的前提。
因为英语的特殊情况，学生在不断学习中，会出现好差分化现象，差生面扩大，会严重影响班内的学习风气。每次教授了新单词以后，我都及时抽时间给他们听写，并认真批改。有时候，课文里出现的精彩实用的句子，我也要求学生背下来，我把5个同学分成一个小组，让成绩相对比较好同学担任小组长，这样想偷懒就比较难了。对于听写背书不理想的学生，我一般会在课后把他们留下来重新听写。或者是根据实际掌握情况，重新教授单词。直到合格为止。而对不同基础的学生，我给他们的底线也不一样。一开始我都是统一要求所有的学生，后来我感觉这样不符合实际。有些学生对语言的感知能力本身就比较差，越是统一要求，他就开始抵制，其实到最后什么也没有学到。因此，我就把学生分开，一般的，大部分同学的要求是统一的，而小部分接受能力比较差的同学，我就用相对低一点的标准给他们，这样做以后，逐渐提高标准，学生学到的明显多了。
一学期下来，学生的英语听、说、读、写都有了较大的提高，开学初的“哑巴”课堂已经不存在了，优等生已经能用英语表达自己的简单感受，学困生也能简单说几句，下学期在读写方面在很下点功夫，学生的英语学习是很有希望。
总之，由于自己的不懈努力，虽然我们这两班学生英语基础较差，但学生英语学习习惯已经养成，学生的英语成绩一直在进步。相信在教师和学生们的共同努力下，英语教学成绩会更上新台阶。
但经过一期的摸索、探讨与实践，我对七年级上学期(第一学期)的英语教学有了一定的经验，尤其是初一英语入门阶段的教学有了如下体会。
一、第一节英语课的重要性。主要介绍初中英语的学习目的、意义、方法等。教师可用汉语进行教学。教师要努力创造友好和谐的气氛，消除学生对上中学以及对外语学生的畏惧心理，使学生满怀信心、充满自信地迎接新的学习。
二、入门阶段的教学内容。
第一册课本头几个单元都是从听说入手，听说训练的比重较大。围绕“问候”、“介绍”，说明人和物等题材教学日常用语，只要求听说，不要求读写。同时教学26个字母和少量单词，要求听、说、读、写“四会”掌握。
1、字母教学。字母教学可以通过例词、例句来帮助学生掌握音和形，并以快速听写和快速认读卡片的练习方式来加强字母的音形在学生头脑中的印象，开展各种形式的字母音形联系比赛。
2、书写教学。在教学之前可先让学生观看书上和老师在黑板上的示范，在大脑里形成明晰的英语字母形象和老师在书写时的连续性，整体性示范动作形象。因此，就要严格要求学生认真观察，要使学生养成看想写三们一体，或动眼、动脑、动手一休化的良好习惯。
3、音标教学。在入门阶段音标的教学应得到应有的重视。首先可以从教字母的名称音开始接触音标，以后可结合元音字母在单词中的发音规律逐步教学。也可以教完字母后，再集中音标的教学。要注意元音字母、辅音字母分类与元音音素、辅音音素分类的结合，字母的读音与音标的读音不能混淆。这样对学生在今后拼读单词、开口训练、朗读课文有很大帮助。
4、单词的拼读。语音与词江有着直接的联系，可以用音、形、义结合的方法记忆单词。因此，首先要从教字母起逐步让学生掌握拼读规则。其次是通过每课教学几个符合基本拼读规则的单音单词，使学生对拼读规则有个初步的概念。再就是以元音字母为中心，组合成更多的单词，设计不同的听、说、写的口头、笔头练习，让学生反复操练，可以达到看到符合拼读规则的单词就能念出来，听到符合拼读规则的单词就能写出来的程度。
5、激发学生学习英语的积极性，培养学生学习英语的兴趣。好的开端是成功的一半，这样入门阶段的课堂教学显得尤为重要老师应昼用直观、形象的教学方法并结合简笔画、挂图、表演等进行教学，使学生感到新颖，有趣味，调节课堂气氛，充分发挥学生的主体作用。鼓励学生大胆地说英语。
三、要完成上述五个方面的教学内容，教学中要重视培养学生良好的学习习惯。
1、首先要树立起学生的自信心。初学英语时，要有一个切合自己实际的目标，通过循序渐进的学习，在心中建立成就感。
2、正确拼读单词。目的就是要培养学生从单词的拼法判断其读音，从单词的读音雇其拼法的能力，做到“见形知其音，见音知其形”。
3、大声朗读语句和课文。在入门阶段要求学生能基本正确地运用语调、单词重音朗读句子，运用正确的语音、语调、停顿、句子重音朗读短文。这就要求学生大胆地说，大胆地读，注意克服畏难、害羞、不敢开口的心理。
4、课堂内外多听多说英语。老师要尽量用英语讲课，这样能使学生更多地接触英语。每堂课要用一定的时间让学生用所学过的日常用语和课堂用语进行不同的形式进行对话。也可以结合实物、图片等用英语进行简单的描术。多听录音磁带，要使听和说有机地结合起来，增强学生听的意识和说的能力。
总之，学习英语一定要勤学苦练，要*日积月累地坚持学习，要不怕困难，只有这样才能逐渐达到熟练运用的程度，达到能听懂、看懂英语，能用这个工具进行交际的目的。

人教版七年级英语上册一共包含了十二个单元,其中前三个单元为预备单元,在中考中本册书主要涉及考点包含以下几个方面。
1. 形容词性物主代词和名词性物主代词的简单用法。形容词性物主代词具有形容词的特点,常做定于,修饰名词,位于名词之前;名词性物主代词相当于“形容词性物主代词 + 名词”,可单独使用,后面不必再接名词。
2. 掌握指示代词this, these, that, those和人称代词I, he, she等的用法。This指代较近的一个人或物,these是this的复数形式,指代较近的几个人或物;而that常用来指代较远的一个人或物,those是that的复数形式,指代较远的几个人或物。

6. 掌握do和does引导的一般疑问句及其肯定和否定回答,以及实义动词三单变化形式。(1)一般情况,直接在词尾加 -s。如:play—plays;(2) 以s,x,ch,sh, 或o结尾的词要在词尾加 -es。如:go—goes, watch—watches (3) 以“辅音字母 +y”结尾的词要变y为i,再加 -es。如:study—studies;(4) 特殊变化,如 :have—has。

8. 名词所有格的构成。名词所有格是指在某一名词后的右上角写上“’”再加上 -s等,表示“…的”这一结构形式。其构成规则为:(1)一般单数名词,或不以“s”或“es”结尾的复数名词,在单词后写“’s”构成。(2)如果是以“s”或“es”结尾的复数名词构成所有格时,在后面写上“’”即可。(3)表示各自所有时,每个名词都要变成所有格;表示共同所有时,只将最后一个名词变成所有格。
