1、以“规范、责任、细化”为基础,一如既往的做好预习案,积极参与集体备课,集体教研,发挥集体的智慧,取长补短,整体提高。及时做好每次预习提纲和当堂检测的质量分析,并针对教学中存在的问题提出教学整改措施。多学习,多钻研,多听课,力争在大幅度提高自己的教育教学水平的同时,发挥好教学生力军的作用。

2、使听课、评课常态化。认真学习教研组内其他老师的课,并多进行组内相互听课,每周至少一次进行听课评课,以相互学习,相互借鉴,也可及时发现问题,及时调整。

3、本学期仍然要放慢进度,教学内容方面,只安排完成必修二。由于大部分学生仍然基础薄弱,学习习惯仍然没有很好的养成,又没有分文理科,学生仍然需要应付九门课程,所以综合各方面情况,仍以放慢进度为宜,至于后续课程的按时、保质完成,再觅良策。

4、为了达成目标和计划,本学期要真正做到降低难度,减少内容,加强训练,反复记忆,尤其在课堂上,要真正落实先学后教、精讲多练的原则。要提高上课和作业的效率。

5、在学生管理上,一如既往的管细、管严,尤其关键学生、关键时段的管理。深入教室,深入学生,增加亲和力,多找学生谈心,从多方面给学生以鼓励和帮助。要在课上和课后都有一个较完整的反馈机制。比如上课即时进行反馈性的练习。作业有问题的学生要与之交流,从中了解问题所在,以便及时改进。对于学习有困难的学生要经常沟通。有必要时候要进行家访。

6.尽量多做实验,多让学生做实验,激发学生兴趣,增加其感性认识,加深理解;

7、根据上学期各班成绩情况,各班争取保持现有名次,力争优秀率,及格率再有提高,关注后进生培养,争取整体进步。

8、本学期计划多读教育教学理论,学习先进教学理念,多读多写,写好心得体会,努力提高自己教学水平。

9、做好教学科研工作,认真学习“有效教学”的理论,在有效教学理念的指引下,结合学校情况、学生情况,以课堂为主阵地,积极参与各种教研活动,争取做到“每月一课、每周一课,努力推出更多的精品课,积极参与教学反思,教有所思,思有所得。

1第一部分“行星的运动规律”编写感悟与教学建设

教材中关于这部分的主要知识“开普勒三定律”几乎是直接给出的.后面又通过信息窗给了八大行星的相关数据;最后通过迷你实验室给了一些与椭圆相关的知识.对教材的这种编写有的老师可能认为这样直接把知识呈献给学生,非常仓促;非常不利于学生对知识的理解和掌握;知识的前因后果得不到充分体现;理科学习非常重要的逻辑思维得不到锻炼;也不符合学生们的认知规律.我个人觉得,课本这样处理,给我们老师留下了非常大的发挥的空间,给勤学爱问的同学们也留了许多思考的机会.试想教材中如果把所有的问题都写得非常详细、条理清楚,势必会剥夺许多学生动手、动脑的机会.课本就是课本,它应该去抓本质核心的内容,不该过于详细.爱思考的同学在看到“开普勒三定律”后,很自然的会想到这三条定律是怎么来的?椭圆(我们物理上学这儿时,数学上还未涉及椭圆的知识)是什么?等等问题.再往后看课本时,发现“信息窗”及“迷你实验室”可以解决他们的几点问题,如果还有解决不了的,他们可以求教于网络,或者去图书馆查资料等,最后再带着问题在课堂上探寻问题的答案.所以我认为教材这样编排挺好.

这部分的教学首先要准备充分.学生要提前充分预习,利用过大周、上信息课或者是去图书馆阅览室的时间,通过网络或者查找资料搜集一些有关人类对天体运动探索的资料,课上进行交流;能够充分利用网络上的丰富知识为我所用是现代和未来工作者应该具有的基本能力,只要有机会,我们就应该让学生们去练习和体验,通过学生们搜得选取内容的质量,我们就知道学生们利用网络知识的能力.当然老师也必须做好充分的准备,因为学生搜得的内容是多种多样的,我们要同学生一起选定最有用的知识,也要对不选的内容给出合理的解释.其次在学习顺序上要恰当.在这里我建议将第三节的前两部分内容“古希腊人的探索”和“文艺复兴的撞击”提到这里来,给学生粗略的讲一讲.有的老师担心这样讲会不会造成内容的重复,重复是有的,但我认为如果内容重复更有利于学生对知识的掌握,只要时间允许,我们在教学学习中就不要怕重复.上课前我们要提前补充关于椭圆的相关知识,要充分利用“迷你实验室”的内容,可以让两个同学合作到黑板上(其他同学,相邻的合作在笔记本上)画一个椭圆,使学生有一个直观的认识后,再和同学们一起学习描述椭圆的相关物理量:半长轴、半短轴、焦点、焦距以及偏心率等,最后再与圆做比较;圆是半长轴等于半短轴,偏心率为零的椭圆.上课时,我觉得比较合理的教学顺序是:对我们国家“嫦娥奔月”的神话传说以及屈原的《天问》做简单的介绍,这些反映了人类对星空的向往和对了解自然奥秘的渴望.→以亚里士多德为代表的天体运行理论→公元140年前后,托勒密的“地心说”理论→1543年,波兰天文学家哥白尼的“日心说”理论以及“布鲁诺”的相关事迹等→非常了不起的天文观测家“第谷.布拉赫”的相关事迹及贡献→出示信息窗表5—1的内容,让学生试着寻找规律→数学天才“开普勒”的相关事迹→动画展示“开普勒三定律”的内容→结合信息窗表格给出中学阶段对“开普勒三定律”的近似处理.学生这样去学习,会感到顺理成章,有理有据,也知道开普勒三定律的得出是几代天文学家集体智慧的结晶,更能充分领会人们对天体运动规律的认识是一个非常漫长的过程.

2第二部分“万有引力定律”编写感悟与教学建议.

这一部分的教材编写延续了第一部分的思路;首先直接给出了万有引力定律的完整内容.其次通过拓展一步写了推导过程;再次是例题做了一个最简单的应用并得到当质量不够大时,相互间的万有引力可以忽略的原因;最后通过拓展一步证明了:地球与物体间的引力与天体间的引力是相同性质的力.这样编写对学习好的、对物理感兴趣的同学非常好,因为这样就留下了非常大的思考空间,让同学们首先有一个想知道为什么的欲望;然后欲望得到满足后就会获得非常大的快感;这样编排很能调动起学生们学习的兴趣.当然课本这样处理,也为我们教师在讲授这部分内容时有了更大的余地;如果我们教的学生是基础比较好的学生,我们可以先给出万有引力定律的內容,引导同学们去思考、去推导万有引力定律,采用启发式教学;如果老师教的是基础比较差的同学,我觉得应该先和学生一起去推导万有引力定律的定量表达式,然后再给出万有引力定律的完整内容,这样顺序渐进,逻辑性强,学生接受新知识也不至于感到唐突,采用讲授式教学降低难度;整个的推导过程,我的建议是:不论是成绩好的学生还是基础差的学生都应该知道并经历这样推导过程.从理论角度看这涉及知识的连续性和因果关系,有利于学生逻辑思维的发展和物理学习能力的提高;从知识层面讲,推导过程是圆周运动结合牛顿定律知识的应用,并不难以理解,学生也应该知道并掌握.

3第三部分“引力常量的测定及其意义”编写感悟与教学建议.

教材在这部分内容的处理上,首先给出了引力常量的具体数值和计算出引力常量的物理意义,对卡文迪许的实验正文中说的比较简略,比较详细的介绍应该在拓展一步,但我感觉还是不够详细,我们在教学时可以补充的更完善些;最后是利用了引力常量求了地球的质量.这部分在编排风格上与上两部分内容是一致的,在这里就不在赘述了.

在这部分的教学中,卡文迪许扭秤实验是一个重点.这个实验我们基本上是不能做的,但我们可以做一个简易的扭秤模型,也可以通过播放动画或视频的方式让学生先了解其(扭秤)构造.对卡文迪许扭秤实验原理和巧妙构思应让学生在师生、生生互动交流讨论中完成发现和认识的过程.例如我们可以讨论:①倒梯形架的作用是什么?倒梯形架是长些好还是短些好? ② 平面镜的作用是什么?标尺与平面镜的距离是远些好还是近些好?③ 为什么要用石英丝?④ 你知道做扭秤实验的实验室有多大吗?为什么卡文迪许实验室要那么大?⑤请你概括总结出卡文迪许扭称实验应用了那些巧妙的方法.通过问题串的形式让学生在不断地思考中,体会科学研究方法的重要意义.

至于这一节时间的安排,我建议新课不能讲得很快了,对基础很好的同学可以用两课时完成,基础一般的同学就安排三课时去完成.

教材分析

1.教材明确引入了平均和瞬时线速度和角速度的概念,线速度与角速度的关系也不和以往那样仅限于匀速圆周运动。

2.转速也是归类于研究一般的圆周运动的概念,只有周期这一概念才在匀速圆周运动中提出的,比较严谨,规范。

3.关于匀速圆周运动,原教材是先学习向心力,再学习向心加速度;新教材是先学习向心加速度,再学习向心力。更符合学生的认知规律。

4.《圆周运动》是这一章教学的重点,也是学习《向心力向心加速度》这一知识的前提,在这一节中,更能突出速度的矢量性。

5.教材通过实例,先介绍了什么是圆周运动,教材首先明确要研究圆周运动中的最简单的情况,匀速圆周运动,接着从描述匀速圆周运动的快慢的角度引入线速度、角速度的概念及周期、频率、转速等概念,这是本节的重点。

6.角速度的概念学生初次接触,应使学生有确切理解。公式中的就应当用弧度做单位来表示,这一点要提示学生注意,这对得出公式是十分重要的。

教学方法分析及建议

1.在教学中,首先应该让学生了解做圆周运动的物体的共性和个性。展示一些物体的圆周运动情景,例如,唱片上某点的运动、电风扇叶片上某点的转动、竖直面内小球的圆周运动等等,要求学生观察物体运动的轨迹形状以及物体运动的快慢是否变化。

三、力学规律的运用

物理概念的有机组合,构成了美妙的物理定律。因此,清晰的概念是掌握一个定律的重要前提。如牛顿第二定律就是由力。质量及加速度三个量构成的。在力学中重要的定律定理有:牛顿一。二。三定律;机械能守恒定律;动量守恒定律;万有引力定律;动量定理和动能定理。掌握定律并非以记忆为标准,重要的是会在实际问题中加以运用。如牛顿第二定律,从形式上看来并不复杂,然而很多同学在解决连结体问题时,却总是把握不好这三个量对研究对象之间的“对应关系”。在此可举一例。水平光滑轨道上有一小车,受一恒定水平拉力作用,若在小车上固定一个物体时,小车的加速度要减小是何原因?常见的答案显然是:合外力不变,质量变大。然而,若回答合外力变小,是不是正确的呢?这里显然是由于研究对象的选择不同而造成的不同结果。在此,研究对象的确定和公式各量的对应性问题,起着关键的作用,这也恰恰是牛顿第二定律应用时的重要环节。

运动学规律及动力学关系在解决问题时,也有许多应当注意和思考的地方。如在匀速圆周运动中,我们似乎并未明确指出哪些公式属于运动学关系,哪些属于动力学关系,但在实际问题中却可使人困惑。例如:在一光滑水平面上用绳拴一小球做匀速圆周运动,由公式v=2nr/T可以知道,若增大速率V可以减小周期T.然而卫星绕地球做匀速圆周运动时,我们却不能用增大V的方式来改变周期T,若仅在V=2nr/Th大做文章定会百思不得其解。究其原因,还是由于忽略了动力学原因,即前者与后者的区别是向心力来源不同。一个是绳子弹力,它可以以r不变时,任意提供了不同大小的拉力;而另一个是万有引力,当r一定时,其大小也就一定了。在这类问题上,最容易犯的就是片面性的错误。再比如机械能守恒和动量守恒这两条重要的力学定律,我们是否了解了守恒的条件,就可以做到灵活地运用呢?我们知道,机械能守恒的条件是“只有重力做功”,有些人看到某个问题中,重力没有做功,就立刻得出机械能不守恒的结论,如光滑水平面上的匀速直线运动。造成这类错误的原因是,只注意到了物理定律的文字表述,孰不知深刻理解其内涵才是最重要的。如动量守恒定律的内涵,是在满足了守恒条件的情况下,即系统不受外力或外力合力为零,动量只是在系统内部传递,而总动量不变。

最后谈谈动能定理和动量定理。观察其形式可以发现,每个定理都涉及两个状态量和一个过程量,注意到这一点应是定理正确应用的关键。我们不妨将状态看作一个点,过程看作一条线,在应用时必然是“两点夹学科”,即状态量及过程量,一定要对应,这也是两个定理的相似之处,至于它们的区别,在此就不多讲了。

由以上的讨论可以看出,对物理定律的应用,绝不能只满足于会用,而应当多方面地体会其深层的含意和适用条件中所包含的物理意义。只有这样,才能达到灵活运用物理规律解题的目的,做到居高临下,以不变应万变。

二、提升高一物理教学效率的方式

1.强化基础知识,逐步提高难度

本学期我校高一年级化学学科的学习采用了人民教育出版社、课程教材研究所和化学课程教材研究开发中心编著的普通高中课程标准实验教科书《化学2》(必修)及其教师用书开展教学活动。为了让教学活动更好的进行,现制定教学计划如下:

一、教学思路:

本册教科书是高中化学教学中的第二个模块,本册教科书的内容分为:《物质结构 元素周期表》、《化学反应与能量》、《有机化合物》、《化学与自然资源的开发利用》四个章节。这些内容的学习可以让学生掌握从个别物质到一般的化学元素周期律的理论学习,把学习从单一走向系统和规律化。在认识上提高一个档次。另外,化学反应的能量变化,热能,电能之间的相互转化,及反应速率的简单介绍,可以为选修四打下基础;对简单的有机物如甲烷,乙烯,苯,乙醇等的性质及用途的学习,可以为选修五打下基础。所以本册书的重要性是显而易见的,教师在传授的过程中对重点内容的把握一定要准确。因为本册书的内容相对必修一来说内容较为抽象,实验较少,因为内容的趣味性有所下降,学习会有一定的难度。这就要求教师一定要重视教法,尽量把复杂的内容简单化,让学生学习起来容易掌握。

二、学生分析

几年我所教的班级是阳东二中高一的高一(4)、(5)、(6)三个理科班,其中高一(4)是理科实验班。所教班级成绩虽有所差异,但是我备课的内容和重要我选择了这三个班是一样的。只是在高一(4)上课的时候会讲得快一些,给学生思考讨论的时间会多一些,另外高一(4)班隔周补课的时

候会比(5)班和(6)班多一个课时。这个课时我专门用来评讲精题和知识点的补漏或强化!因为实验班的学生学习态度较好,所以对于化学成绩差的学生,我这个学期采取了扶差的措施,针对这些差的学生所不懂的知识点,我自己给他们复习下以前的基础知识或强化训练,帮助学生提高。对于(5)班和(6)班的学生,我要找出成绩处于边缘的学生,一周给他们一个专题的基础复习知识点,努力把学生的成绩提升一下!

三、备课

因为我是新教师,教学经验并不多,备课就显得非常重要,我要花多点时间去备课,尽量做到把复杂的内容简单化,多设问,引导学生学会思考,学会做题。课堂上我应该多给机会让学生自己练习和回答问题或者上黑板做题。这方面我上学期做得是不够的,争取在这个学期可以有所改进,有所突破。

四、听课

听课对于新老师来说异常重要,我们备课组对新教师的听课节数是有要求的,需要检查听课本两次,一次在期中,一次在期末。我对教学的态度是认真严谨的,从来不认为听课本的书写是完成任务,如果时间足够我是会坚持只要没有课程冲突都去听一些有经验老师的讲课。听课一定要重视质量,学其之长,补己之短。多发些多比较,促成长!尽量超额完成一学期25节听课记录!

五、作业

因为执教的都是理科班,化学作为理科,应该要重点学习的。所以,我这个学期布置的作业会多一些,基本上每节课都有联系或者作业。作业提交的情况并不是布置一次交一次,而是一周交一次,提交时间为每周星期五下午放学前提交!每周星期二是化学的限时训练时间,一定要好好利用限时训练的作用,做到每次要给学生批改,让学生也提高对化学限时训练的重视!本学期的作业全批全改我也将会超额的完成。

六、上课和听课

研究新授课、习题课、章节复习课等不同课型的教学方法,每种课都要精心设计问题。新授课要引领学生理解、掌握原理和概念;习题课要引导学生经过练习和思考讨论,对概念和原理加深理解,熟悉解题思路和方法;复习课要指导学生归纳和整理重要知识点,在课堂上给学生一个完整的知识体系,对重点难点要精讲,通过习题归纳规律,强化非智力因素(信心、细心、方法)在答题中的重要性。

每节课都要求学生规范书写、按要点答题,当堂做巩固练习,还要留下一定的时间让学生自己思考问题,体现教为主导、学为主体的原则。

认真记好听课笔记,课后总结听课收获和心得,与自己的课进行对比,学习长处发现不足,及时完善。

七、课时计划

课时计划以备课组为主,我们备课很尽职责,每周有一次集体备课,主要的备课内容就是下一周准备要上的课的内容,里面的具体操作是,我们高一化学教师轮流讲下周准备上课要讲的内容,其他老师就作补充或者意见。我个人觉得这个集体备课很好,对我们新教师来说很有必要!

大家一起来观看一个片段,引出曹操。曹操,一个令人评说不尽的历史人物。

曹操一生,政治上最得意的一笔是“挟天子以令诸侯”,军事上最成功的一仗是官渡之战,后果最为严重的一次疏忽是放走刘备,失败得最惨的一次是在赤壁,最受肯定的是他的才略,最受指责的是他的人品,最有争议的是他的历史功过,最没有争议的是他的文学成就。------易中天《精品三国》

那么今天我们就一起来学习他另外一首作品--短歌行

二、知人论世

1、找学生介绍曹操,以检查预习情况。

曹操,字孟德,小名阿瞒,东汉末年著名政治家军事家,文学家,是建安文学领袖,与其子曹丕,曹植并称“三曹”。

作为一名政治家,曹操二十岁被举为孝廉,参加镇压黄巾起义,起兵讨伐董卓,先“挟天子以令诸侯”,后削平吕布等割据势力。官渡之战打败袁绍后成为北方势力最强的军阀,并逐渐统一了中国北部。

作为一名军事家,初举孝廉,任洛阳北部尉。在镇压黄巾起义和讨伐董卓的战争中,逐步扩充军事力量。建安元年(1),迎献帝都许。从此用其名义发号施令,先后削平吕布等割据势力。官渡之战大破河北割据势力袁绍后,逐渐统一了中国北部。

作为一名文学家,他精音律,善诗歌,即使在鞍马劳顿中,也常常横槊赋诗,随章命题。其诗歌继承《诗经》《楚辞》和汉乐府的传统,反映汉末人民的苦难生活,抒发政治抱负,具有强烈的现实主义精神,风格慷慨悲凉,他是“建安文学”的开创者和倡导者,著有《魏武帝集》。代表作有《蒿里行》《龟虽寿》《观沧海》等。

文如其人,今天我们就试着通过《短歌行》走近曹操、了解曹操。

3、写作背景

建安十三年,曹操“挟天子以令诸侯”,先后击败吕布、袁绍等豪强集团,在著名的官渡之战一举消灭了强大的袁绍势力,并征服乌桓,统一北方。这年冬天,曹操亲率八十三万大军,列阵长江,与“孙刘联盟”战于赤壁之下,想一统天下,结果大败。当时曹操已经54岁,面对战乱连年,统一中国的事业仍未完成的社会现实,因而忧愁幽思,苦闷煎熬。但他并不灰心,以统一天下为己任,决心广泛延揽人才,招纳贤士致力于建功立业,并写下了这首诗《短歌行》。

(一).找出最能体现作者情感的字眼?-------忧

(二).既然“忧”是作者情感的焦点,作者为何而“忧”呢?又是用什么方法传达出这种情感的呢?

1,读第一段第一节“对酒当歌,人生几何?譬如朝露,去日苦多。慨当以慷,幽思难忘。何以解忧,唯有杜康。”

①诗人因为什么而忧呢?(时光易逝,人生短暂)

古诗当中有很多抒发时光易逝的诗句“君不见高堂明镜悲白发,朝如青丝暮成雪”用积极夸张的手法写出了时间流逝之快,那曹操又是怎么样写他的时光易逝之忧的呢?

又是如何写忧的呢?(比喻)

“譬如朝露,去日苦多”作者把人生短暂以“朝露”来比。“朝露”这个意象,在古诗文中有特定的含义,即:生命短促易逝,如“人生处一世,去若朝露晞。”(曹植《赠白马王彪》)“浩浩阴阳移,年命如朝露。”(《古诗十九首驱车上东门》)(少壮不努力,老大徒伤悲。要惜时,奋斗)

②诗人用什么来解忧呢?

“何以解忧,唯有杜康”中国古代的文人与酒有着不解之缘,借酒抒情,抒发诗人各种情怀,而借酒浇愁的美诗也不在少数,“酒入愁肠,化作诗几行”。同学们能否举出几个例子?

举杯邀明月,对影成三人--表达了作者此时心情的孤单。

《将进酒》人生得意须尽欢,莫使金樽空对月--人生短暂,要及时行乐)

诗人借酒浇愁,能不能真正消愁呢?不能!(《宣州谢朓楼饯别校书叔云》抽刀断水水更流,举杯浇愁愁更愁“

忧人生短暂,因而作者借酒浇愁。“今朝有酒今朝醉,明日愁来明日愁。”(唐罗隐《自勉》)从表面看,曹操的人生态度是消极的。但联系曹操的一生,我们不难做出判断,曹操是积极进取的,看似及时行乐,实则把深沉的情感隐藏在酒中。作者的这种忧思,源于内心的焦急。人生短暂,霸业未成。

曹操急于实现人生理想,成就霸业,深感人生有限。他要实现理想,迫切需要什么条件?(人才的辅助)

第二节:青青子衿,悠悠我心。但为君故,沉吟至今。呦呦鹿鸣,食野之苹。我有嘉宾,鼓瑟吹笙。(齐读)

①诗人如何表达对人才的渴盼?(比喻,用典)

用典:借用《诗经》中的句子“青青子衿,悠悠我心”。原句是表达一个姑娘对情人的思念,曹操把它借用过来,表达对贤才的渴求。姑娘对情人的深深思念,正切合曹操的心态。借用得天衣无缝,准确生动。

引来人才固然是好事,但用好人才更重要。结合鸿门宴相关情节,讨论刘项二人成败与用人态度的关系。

①这里的“忧”和上文的“忧”一样吗?诗人为何而忧?

明确:“明明如月,何时可掇?”诗人用月比喻人才,深情呼唤:天下贤才,我何时才能得到你们呢?显然这里忧的内涵是“贤才难得”。

曹操此时身边是不是没有贤才呢?不是,这首诗就是在宴请群英时作的。“越陌度阡,枉用相存。契阔谈嚥,心念旧恩”。

“陌”、“阡”都是指田间小路。东西向叫“陌”,南北向叫“阡”。“枉”,枉驾、屈驾。“用”,以。“存”,探问、问候。“契阔”,久别重逢。“讌”,通“宴”。“旧恩”指往日的情谊。这四句意思是:客人(指人才)穿过纵横交错的小路,枉驾来访。主客久别重逢,欢快畅谈,念念不忘往日的情谊。

曹操面对满座嘉宾,感谢他们的到来。看着众多的贤才,当是满心喜悦。那他为什么还要“忧”呢?曹操虽然已经拥有许多人才,但他并不满足,还希望有更多的人才到他这里来。

有贤才而又对贤才如此的渴求,更见他求才若渴的心情。

第二段第二节:月明星稀,乌鹊南飞。绕树三匝,何枝可依?山不厌高,海不厌深。周公吐哺,天下归心。(齐读)

曹操渴求人才,而天下人才也不是仅仅在等待,他们也在寻找自己的用武之地,从哪可以看出来?“绕树三匝”句。“良禽择木而栖,贤臣择主而事”

①绕树三匝,何枝可依?鸟儿为什么找不到可以栖落的枝头?(其实这是诗人发出的一个召唤:天下贤才到我这里来吧,我时刻在恭候着你们!)曹操会以一种什么样的态度来对待贤才?

用典“山不厌高,海不厌深。周公吐哺,天下归心。”借周公的典故,既表达了对人才的谦敬,又委婉地流露出其吞吐天下的雄心壮志,。
