四川文理学院院内比赛的通知

由中国中央电视台、外语教学与研究出版社联合主办的2011年“外研社杯”全国英语演讲大赛(原“CCTV杯”全国英语演讲大赛)正式启动。

“外研社杯”全国英语演讲大赛是全国性的高水平英语赛事,已经成功举办了九届,在国内外的影响越来越大,关注的人也越来越多,并且成为了展示高校学生英语应用能力与综合素质的重要平台。

为了提高我院的英语教学水平和检验学生的综合素质,学院决定按四川省高等学校外语教学研究会和2011年“外研社杯”全国英语演讲比赛(四川赛区)组委会的有关要求举办四川文理学院“文理杯”暨“外研社杯”选拔赛。现将有关事项通知如下:

一、参赛资格

我院在校统招本、专科生(含英语专业学生)

二、演讲主题

题目为:A Word That Has Changed the World(要求每位选手在本题目下加小标题)。

三、报名方式

在10月15日晚上九点之前将参赛名单(系别、班级、姓名、联系电话)通过短信形式发给***(史国建)或者***(周诗曦)。

四、比赛程序

比赛分初赛、复赛、决赛三个阶段。

(一)初赛

10月11日-10月15日各班在班级内组织初赛,推选一至两名同学到院上参加复赛。复赛同学名单(系别、班级、姓名、联系电话)于10月15日晚上九点之前通过短信形式发给***(史国建)或者***(周诗曦)。

(三)复赛

1、复赛时间:2011年10月16日晚19:002、复赛地点:外语系304办公室

3、复赛形式:

1)定题演讲:每位选手演讲时间为3分钟,题目为:A Word That Has Changed the World(要求每位选手在本题目下加小标题)。

2)即兴演讲:赛题保密,选手上场前15分钟抽提,时间为3分钟

(三)决赛

1、决赛时间:2010年10月21日19:00(暂定)

2、决赛地点:新126(暂定)

3、决赛环节:

1)、定题演讲:每位选手围绕主题:A Word That Has Changed the World(要求每位选手在本题目下加小标题),进行为时3分钟(正负15秒以内)的演讲。

2)、即兴演讲:赛题保密,选手上场前15分钟抽题,即兴演讲时间为3分钟。

3)、回答问题:由两位评委就选手定题演讲或即兴演讲的内容分别进行提问,选手回答问题的时间各为1分钟。

4、按分配的名额推选一名最佳选手代表我院参加2011年“外研社杯”四川赛区的复赛。

五、奖励办法

学院拟设一等奖1名、二等奖2名、三等奖3名、优胜奖3名,获奖者颁发荣誉证书。成绩前5名的同学将进行训练,最后选派一名同学代表我院参加四川省复赛,进入全省前3名的同学于11月1日至25日代表四川省在北京参加全国半决赛和决赛。

这次总结废话就不说了,直接说从个人主观角度我看到和体会到的自己的工作中的不到位以及大赛过程中我能看到的所有问题,如果

措辞不当,请学姐见谅。

客观上时间紧,但真的不是办出这种活动的原因,先说我个人,1确实不够仔细,表格上这个错误是致命的,一忙就乱,面对选手频

繁改动信息以及不断新增选手这些,我应该有个全局观,仔仔细细的核对表,有的表叫上别人一起看,看了几遍都没看出错误,真是笨啊。

工作中一定要更用心,更仔细,更是不要一忙就乱,做事沉沉稳稳,做到心中有数,时刻提醒自己注意细节。2前期没写策划,缺乏一个

给自己以及帮我们部办活动的其他部门一个把握全局的参照。没策划

也不多问学姐,是我不够积极主动,我应该多问超姐最先将这个活动

前前后后弄得清清楚楚,这样才能让帮我们部的其他部门也明白自己

要怎么帮。3关于选手出啦啦队这块,也是我工作中的失误,忙着核

对所有信息,却忽略了阶二A教室的容量,完全把这块忽略了。最后

给生活部以及学姐这造成这么大的麻烦实在是抱歉。4这个总结越写

越沉重啊,觉得我这块没做好的太多了。没多给主持人顺流程;没多

给其他部顺流程;没及时去问现场话筒设置问题;没拦得下要走的观

众;没做好与其他部门的沟通;没亲自去给算分计分处送我整理好的表,忙着给评委放置东西,让别人送的,拿错了,出了状况;没理解

超姐说的纸笔中的白纸意思也没问;即兴演讲题目我这英语水平太

烂,也帮不上忙,还麻烦超姐找的题目……但现在抱歉是一句很没用的话,汲取教训。

对于咱们学生会整个工作上来说,确实存在一部分问题。

一前期准备,最失误的一点是缺乏沟通,院学生会各部之间,各部内部之间,各个干事之间,都普遍有这个现象。咱们院各部之间在本次活动刚开始着手的时候我觉得就应该把各部负责人聚在一起提前布置下去,让他们明白有这么个活动要忙了,到时候需要各部配合什么。当然这次主要是我没写策划导致这个环节没进行,是我工作中的不到位。其次,各个部门这间关系不紧密,这个不仅在这次活动中有,其他活动也普遍存在。每个活动都是主办部忙的要死,其他部根本不知道你在干什么。开个动员大会,很多人并不太清楚要做什么,不明白活动主办部的前前后后付出。比如吧,如果分配我负责关灯,那我就只看好这灯,旁边观众要走也不拦,觉得那是生活部的事,与我无关。具体到现场实施,又临时起了状况,明知要改变关灯的程序了,能看到的也不做,也不问,等着学姐学长来催。一旦责怪,也都推卸责任说原来走流程的时候告诉我是这样的,我按的是流程。责任感不强。我觉得在主办部前期忙的时候就让各部动起来,协助做一些很边角的事,让他们看到主办部的付出,体会办此次活动的辛苦,也能帮忙减轻一下主办部的工作量,也能改变这种有的部门有活动了,往死里忙;没活动了,闲的太无事的局面,把一些工作分化,逐渐的融入日常生活中,适当忙。当然,这只是个想法,可能实施起来不好操作,我的眼界比较小,考虑的不周全。最后,活动开场前的会场布

置以及走流程的问题,咱们这次活动没有一次是有关的所有部门,主持人,参赛选手都在场,都参与的情况下仔细地顺下流程。即使勉强要顺流程了,也只是主持人要顺主持词,读报分的人也没参与,选手并不清楚大赛临时下的更改。这也是我工作中的不到位,没能及时告知参赛选手以及协调各个相关部门和人员。

二现场状况太多了。

1入场混乱,参赛选手的啦啦人数报多了,我却没能及时告知姐或自己调整人数。

2报分环节未收分报分,整个第一阶段这个分数的读报都显得莫名其妙,报分人都是懵的。还是上午顺流程的时候收报分人员未参与的原因,又缺乏经验,坐在场上愣了,等着人来送话筒,等着学姐来叮嘱。

3主持人报错分数,选手序号,姓名,活动环节。

4选手上台演讲,话筒是上台开下台关,还是一直开着,这是在活动进行了一段之后我和波波看每开一次话筒就会发出巨大的声音,商量后才定成的保持话筒一直开着,之前在会议上商量的流程不符合现场情况,上午彩排走场时都忽略了这个问题。原本告知选手第二阶段是手持麦,因为音响师傅不配合,这个也调整成立麦了,我没有得到这个变更的消息,也没有人来告知选手,临场上台才发现又变了,变来变去选手很不满意。

5中场节目前桌子的搬放,以及话筒的撤走,负责撤话筒的人是临场决定的,连话筒要怎么关都不知道

6嘉宾席上空缺位置的补给完全可以由工作人员劝说一下,让后面的观众补进去,劝说一下后面的观众,有更适合观看节目的位置,引导他们前去。而本次活动中我看着观众有站的,有一开始就有要走的,而咱们的工作人员有坐在嘉宾席上的,有站在走道上的聊天的,笑的,还有问我跑来跑去干吗呢。

7咱们后来让后面观众补到嘉宾席后,突然就出现咱们三个工作人员去收,留在桌上原本为嘉宾准备的矿泉水,有的观众就生气的将水倒立在桌上,场面很难堪。我在前面催台位置,这些看得很清楚,显得咱们很小气。当然既然要收水肯定有收水的理由,我这看得很窄。

8中场节目大混乱时咱们维持秩序的人在哪啊。我在门口看着这状况就已经难受的不行了,咱们前前后后就换来这么个混乱。实在是看不下去了,在这之后我绕着场想让咱们工作人员帮忙及时摁下去想走的观众,但大三的我没法说,大二的我只能解释着说,大一的只能叮嘱一下,这真的轮不到我去让别人维持秩序,我只是社团部的干事,顶多换届了是个副部,有点越界,可能不招人喜欢,但这个活动出现这种混乱真像是被人轮着打了几个耳巴子,心急的难受。

9表出错,我的责任。

10中场文艺节目的话筒都让丹阳来换了,其他人太忙吗,不是有很多站那聊天的。丹阳前前后后跑的,辛苦。很多昨天挨训的人到现在还是觉得自己很委屈,主要因为觉得这活动跟他没关系。

11最后分数未及时算出来,出现冷场的现象。最初咱们讨论的电影环节从最初放在中场,到后来被取消,我这就没人告知一下不要电影了。咱们后来又都提议放在最后做备用,后来不知道怎么就没有了。

12评委坏事啊。
