3月5日,开始了人生第一个社会实习。在这间公司工作了一个月,学习到很多,大方面到从公司利益出发,如何做好自己的本分工作,小方面到办公室内人与人交往的细节。

作为外贸销售的一员,如何跟客户打交道,有着怎样的潜规则,从公司的利益出发,有着怎样的营销步骤,需要注意哪些问题,方方面面你要思考如何去做。在这里待的时间越长,越清楚,相比以前在学校做销售的时候,真是小巫见大巫。真正的营销,应该是更加注重和顾客间细节上的交流。说实话,生意有着怎样的原则,如何建立一间公司,很多东西对我来说是有个大概感觉,没有形成一套体系。希望在后续的工作中能够不断观察积累,不断成长。

在办公室,刚开始不懂,慢慢地察觉到,如果细心观察每个人做事,你会有不同收获。做每件事的行为方式,体现了这个人的思维能力与执行能力,从他人身上,我看到了自身的不足,别人的优势。有的人踏踏实实做事,认真地做,不埋怨少说话,虽然为人不够聪明,但是对工作的真诚,让我很感动。有的人天天混日子,交代的任务懒散完成,没有主动了解公司事务,到要工作的时候,处处犯错。谁能快速融入公司业务,就能快速成长,上司觉得你能干,相信你,自然就把重要的事情交代你,让你上位。说到底,也只是个人价值观和人生观的问题,有人希望休闲一点,平凡打个小工,能赚个钱够用就好;有的人有自己的职业规划,朝自己的理想努力拼搏,希望有一天能实现自己的人生价值,赚到更多的钱。
