一、工作资料

1、办理公司、员工有关证件。公司每年需要办理、年审的相关证件;按照有关规定,到劳动管理部门办好社保的各项手续;文体旅游局文件的传达。

2、公司有关文件的收发、登记、分递、文印和督办工作;公司所有的文件、审批表、协议书整理归档入册,做好资料归档工作。

3、公司人事管理工作。落实公司员工的考勤及着装监督工作,根据公司管理制度与聘用员工签订了劳动合同。配合领导在制订的各项规章制度基础上进一步补充、完善各项规章制度。及时传达贯彻公司有关会议、文件、批示精神。

4、公司管理的日常工作。按照公司管理制度,组织落实公司办公设施、旅游袋帽等商品的采购、调配和实物管理工作。切实做好公司车辆使用及物品领用登记手续。管理、使用、维护、保养车辆。负责公司卫生、安全、保卫及防盗工作。

5、做好公司各种会议的后勤服务工作。落实好各种会议的会前准备、会议资料等工作。
