一、指导思想

本学期按照市教科局、教研室的工作安排,以《新课程标准》为指南,深入开展教育教学研究,不断提高教学效率,全面提高学生素质,使学校的体育教育教学质量越上一个新台阶。将《学校体育工作条例》作为体育工作的基本法规,坚持“健康第一”的宗旨,把学校体育工作作为实施素质教育的重要部分,以科学的管理促进学校体育工作全面健康发展,深化教学改革,全面推进素质教育。认真贯彻《学生体质学生健康标准》。创建“主动参与、强身健体”的健身氛围,培养全面发展的学生。

二、工作目标

根据市教科局教研文件精神,在新的一学年里,作为工作在第一线的体育教师,应继续提高自己的专业业务水平,全面发展学生的身体素质,运动技术、技能,加强学生心理素质的提高,寓德育教育于体育教育之中,进一步提高体育教学质量。

三、主要工作

1、加强学习提高自身素质及专业水平1)、加强集体备课,对每一个模块的教学进行研究讨论,共同制订单元教学计划、教学进度。研究教材、教法。2)、多听课,通过听课取长补短。3)、多参加区校的各种教研活动。4)、通过上网、查资料等丰富自己的知识。

四、教材内容

安排体育教材以实践教材为主。根据学生的能力以及学校的条件,体育教材主要选择田径(跑、跳、投)、游戏、篮球、排球、足球等基础项目,以便使学生跑、跳、投的基本技术得到提高;并挖掘生活中的实用技能。授课时数根据我校校历安排和学校要求,本学期共讲22周,每周体育授课为3学时。实际上课为18个周,共36学时。上课过程中,若因场地,天气条件等因素的影响,将临时调整。

另外在上课过程中多做一些辅助性练习,如发展耐力速度的定时跑,定距离跑;发展下肢力量,提高立定跳远成绩的跳起,原地抱膝跳,跳台阶、免子跳等;多上速度力量练习和耐力练习的课(跳跃性、耐力性的反复练习)来改善肌肉的协调性和力量的发挥。并采用小重量和不负重量的方式,通过协性练习和提高动作速度的练习来提高速度力量。每次授课一个到二个主教材(如:跑步或立定跳远)其余(如篮球、队列队形、身体素质)训练将作每次课的准备部分内容。每节课都争取有一个或两个小游戏。及时对学生进行评价。

在应试教育向素质教育转变的今天,我们教师在提高自身的教育能力的基础上,应该努力培养学生。主动进取的态度,掌握好学习方法,把握学习规律,让学生在学习过程中去探讨,去理解,去发现。去创造。将学生身心作为一个整体,通过合理的运动实践,在不断克服困难体验运动乐趣;提高运动技能,培养健康和愉快生活的态度,通过从事适宜的运动,了解自己的身体变化,增强体质,培养坚强的意志。

本学下学期就要结束了,本学期我校体育教学工作从全面落实“健康第一”的思想出发,牢固树立了坚持教育面向全体学生的原则,进一步从观念上理解和认识了实施素质教育、改革课堂教学模式的关键性和重要性,在全面提高学生素质的思想指导下,我校体育工作始终把提高学生素质、培养学生良好品质和健康心理作为工作的出发点。我根据本学期工作计划的要点,很好地完成了各项工作目标,并取得优异成绩。现将体育工作做一总结:

一、以“健康第一”为指导,切实抓好体育教学工作。学习落实“课标”的教育理念,改革学习方式,教学方法和评价方式,这就需要我在教学实践中认真反思,努力钻研,不断地更新教育观念,才能准确地理解“课标”精神,才能恰当地选用新的教法和新的学法。在教学中,我能够从现代课堂教学要求出发,加强教育教学理论的学习,并进行有目的、有计划的教学实践,增强了科研意识,提高了教学质量,并做到经常性的对教学工作进行检查、总结,及时发现问题解决问题,逐步认识和掌握新课程标准下体育教学新的规律。根据所制定的体育教学工作计划教学进度,结合教学的实际情况上好每节课。

二、深入探究,努力提高教育教学水平。

这一学期我仍执教七年级7个班的体育课,在平时的教学工作过程中,能全面贯彻教育方针和新的教学理念,按原大纲课程要求,结合新课程的理念和学生身心发展的要求制订行之有效的教学计划,认真备课。在学校宽的阔场上,有效地开展队形队列广播操、游戏、身体素质及弹跳力训练、技巧训练、灵活性训练多种新颖课型,充分利用优势资源积极拨展体育天地。平时工作除了认真开展课堂教学外还保障了学校各项体育工作的顺利开展,保证了学生在校一日的体育活动时间,丰富了学生的课余文化生活,提高了校园文化建设。半年来,本人还十分注重个人的业务学习和提高,紧紧抓住课程改革这一契机,通过在实践中加深对课程的理解和领会。

1、学生能在老师的要求下积极锻炼,对学生本身增强体质,矫正和补偿身心缺陷起到了很大的作用。使用他们养成了良好的行为习惯和正确的课堂常规。

2、通过体育课的锻炼,使那些有行动障碍的学生消除了自卑心理,感受到了学校、班级和老师的温暖,有利于学生在今后的学习过程中树立良好的自尊心,促进德、智、体等方面的全面发展。

3、在体育教学中,突出了实用性和趣味性的原则,既保证了学生得到积极锻炼,又使学生在学习过程中感情愉快,养成了锻炼身体的习惯。在教案的编写上,突出了个别化教学原则,尽量使每个学生都能有适合自己的活动内容和活动方式,更增强了学生的自信心,使他了解到自己在这个群体中的重要性,是这个大家庭中不可缺少的一员。

4、教学过程、教学进度和教学内容的安排,按照由易到难,由简到繁的原则,实行多次重复练习,使学习内容在学生头脑中留下较深刻的印象,有利于学生对技术动作的掌握和运动表象的形成。运动负荷由小到大,满足了不同类型学生的要求。

三、多方努力,齐抓共管,做好《学生体质健康标准的测试》登记工作。《学生体质健康标准的测试》是促进学生体质健康发展,激励学生积极进行身体锻炼的教育手段,是学生体质健康的个体评价标准,是《国家体育锻炼标准》在学校的具体实施,也是学生毕业的基本条件之一。齐抓共管,共同组织实施,积极发动全体学生踊跃参加体育锻炼,高要求、高质量地完成推行《学生体质健康标准》活动。

2.this,that和it用法

(1)this和that是指示代词,it是人称代词。

(2)距离说话人近的人或物用this, 距离说话人远的人或物用that。如:

This is a flower. 这是一朵花。(近处)That is a tree. 那是一棵树。(远处)

(3)放在一起的两样东西,先说this, 后说that。如:

This is a pen. That is a pencil. 这是一支钢笔。那是一支铅笔。

(4)向别人介绍某人时说This is…, 不说That is…。如:

(5)This is 不能缩写, 而That is可以缩写。如:
