衡水,一个以老白干和中学的升学率闻名的河北省地级市。相比老白干努力在央视展现自己品牌,似乎后者更常见诸报端、网络,一些视频、图片往往引发社会热议,甚至校规中的专有名词“非触”——男女生非正常接触,已经成为外人对衡水中学的常识。

“军事化封闭管理”、“升学神校”,各种教育专家的批判,衡水中学毕业生的争论??衡水中学承载了太多的争议。

2013年7月8日,带着好奇和疑问,笔者和对外经贸大学暑期社会实践团队探访衡水中学,试图努力拨开那些贴满的标签,寻找真实的衡水教育现状。

一.这里是衡水

到达衡水站,四周没有高楼大厦,没有熙熙攘攘的人流车流,也没有想象中很多的老白干酒店。衡水当地的经济在河北省排名靠后,出租车起价5元,几个学生如果挤一辆车可能比乘2元的公交空调新车还合算。

“对于一个土生土长的衡水小孩来说,在这个经济并不发达的北方小城,要想考一个好大学,以后混个好出路,也就是考上衡中。”衡水中学新高二学生小夏说。

衡水中学位于衡水市的东郊,在城区去往衡中的沿路上尘土飞扬。路边经营建材、橡胶的小店一家挨一家。从大路拐进英才路的路口,有一块醒目的标识提醒我们,距离河北衡水中学还有300米。在这300米的路两侧,挂满了近年升入清华北大港校的所有毕业生头像喷绘布,让我们已然感受到衡水中学强大的气场。

再创奇迹的衡水中学

衡水中学的门前是一块巨型的广告牌,足够让第一次来到衡水中学的人感到震撼。衡水中学2013年高考再创新奇迹,下面罗列了衡水中学在全省各项压倒性优势数据。这所囊括河北省文理状元的中学已经勇夺河北省十四连冠,未尝败绩。

数千人的学校门口只有一家小卖部,没有什么小吃店。这一切皆因衡水中学的封闭式管理,学生每个月只有1-2天不上课可以出来。门卫警惕地看守大门,衡水中学因为舆论的热议成为敏感的禁区。不时有人到学校门前向门卫打听如何把孩子送入衡水中学,偶尔也会有一些参观者来到学校门前向衡中膜拜留影。笔者跟随对外经贸大学星空暑期实践团队进入衡水中学,非正式探访这所争议的学校,与老师学生交流,希望得到一个更贴近真实的衡水教育印象。

二.压力与动力

进入校门,笔者刚好碰到一个女孩儿正在公用电话亭和家长倾诉自己疲惫的状态。高一高二学生每两周休息1天,高三学生每个月休息一天。每天5点半必须起床开始一天的学习生活常态化,难免会让中学生吃不消。

不过更多的衡水中学学生对此已经习以为常,过着规律而平凡的学习生活。

都说衡中孩子每天在题海中,小夏认为,真正在题海中的是衡中的老师。衡中的作业向来是老师们自己编写的,老师已经把书店的辅导书重点难点找出来让学生做过了。

“每周日有周日测试,每科都会有小测,然后也会有个排名。这要决定接下来的一周你要多努力的科目。”已经就读于北京邮电大学的衡中毕业生李媛媛说。每个班级都在楼道的墙面上展示班级高分排名,还配有个人头像,每个人的目标排名和实考排名都一览无余,考

试成绩有着极高的地位,甚至学号的每次更新也是根据年级排名决定的。已经进入大学2年的李媛媛用“充实的日子”形容她在衡水中学的日子,“常态化的测试让我对失败变得坦然”。

三.素质教育更能提高升学率

在衡水中学的橱窗中写着“教学理念——素质教育更能提高升学率”,颠覆着来访者的传统认知。衡水中学虽然规定学生5点半起床,但每晚熄灯休息时间也早,而且还有午休。衡中实现的每天超过8小时的睡眠时间,恐怕让很多学校高中学生望尘莫及。衡水中学社团活动、选修课、体育活动,样样俱全。学校拥有萌朵儿手工社、金阳光街舞社、钢琴社、微电影社等20多个社团,“煮酒论英雄”——品中国古代名君、报刊阅读、超级口语训练营等30多门选修课。学生的运动时间除了每天固定的早操,每周还有体育课、体活课,甚至每周还有电影放映。事实上,即便在北京这样的大城市里,能开设这样丰富课外活动的中学也并不常见。

四.舆论风口浪尖中的衡水中学

据小夏同学介绍,衡水中学5点半起床,5点43早操到位。中午12点下课,12点43关宿舍门午休,12点45分必须躺在床上。某中学一位高中生看过衡水中学的报道后评论,再怎么打着客观的旗号吹捧,泯灭个性的本质还是暴露无遗。“半军事化管理这种体制也不是适合所有性格的学生发展的,这种刻板管理方法比较让我接受不了。”

李媛媛觉得有些遗憾的是,因为放假基本不回家,所以陪家人的时间很少。

衡水中学贴吧中一位家长“钢铁是怎样炼成的,衡中的学子就是钢铁炼成的!”甚至有“恨铁不成钢”的北京家长为了让孩子安心学习,不惜把孩子送到衡水中学去“炼钢”。已经在北京工作的于倩介绍说,她亲戚家的孩子在衡水中学复读一年后高考成绩提高了100多分。

有家长认为,在当今教育环境下,衡水中学的严格管理让孩子专心学习以提高成绩升学是对家庭最大的负责。在强调成绩、竞争的同时,学校还设立感恩日、道歉日等方式对学生进行品行教育,并且保证每天8小时睡眠,让家长格外满意。目前中国多少学校的学生都是每天熬到深更半夜?

五.衡中模式可以复制,效果无法粘贴

事实上,把衡水中学放在大环境下看,它的确有值得称赞的道理。在结束衡水中学的活动后,第二天我们来到衡水市另一所区重点学校看到了另一幅景象。

据当地老师介绍,我们来到的这所学校在衡水市按成绩位列第三。学校教学条件与衡水中学差距甚远,教室的黑板桌椅还是上世纪的款式。因为衡水中学在当地名气很大,引起其他学校纷纷效仿,然而想取得同样的效果并非易事。这所学校的老师抱怨说,衡水中学、衡水二中吸收了最好的生源,而自己班里学生不爱学习,一下课就跑出去玩儿。有一个考上清华大学的学生头像在校门口的墙上悬挂,和衡水中学100多人相比难以望其项背。

在李媛媛看来,简单模仿衡中但只是照搬不会有结果,“学生自己知道用功才是最重要的”。衡水中学张老师说,学校里老师特别重视合作,不会勾心斗角,专心在学生身上,成绩好了都有奖金。

“在一种学习环境的烘托之下,大家都发挥自己的主观能动性去拼搏,也许你并不知道为什么就去学习了,可那就是衡中这些年来营造的环境,你就是初中再玩闹,到了衡中你也蹦跶不起来,因为那是一片净土,每一个人都是为了学习而来,那种环境就由不得你自己允许自己有一点点的不和谐,哪怕是在最叛逆的年纪,这才是衡中真正的奇迹,衡中是一个外

面看起来像监狱,但是你到了里面才有一种在污浊的社会沙漠中偶遇一片绿洲的心情。”一位衡中家长评论说。

在竞争的环境下,衡中模式让主动学习的人得到肯定,带动更多学生积极拼搏,追求卓越,互相扶持与鼓励着走向了成功,创造了奇迹。这就是衡中师生在现实中齐心激发出的衡水中学特色的正能量气场。

六.衡水中学104人考上清华北大,老师称学校环境纯净

中新网石家庄9月5日电(申玲敏 崔志平)“我认为学生是我生命中的贵人,是他们成就了我。”河北衡水中学优秀教师信金焕对中新网记者说。

4日至5日,河北省委外宣局、衡水市委外宣局联合组织20余家新闻媒体,在衡水参加“媒体看衡中”大型采风活动。采访中,信金焕把学生看做是自己成功的关键。此观点也是衡水中学所有老师的信条。

信金焕说,自身努力是一定的,而取得的荣誉更多地还是归功于学生的懂事、善解人意和刻苦努力等方面。

信金焕于1995年来到衡水中学,见证了该校的发展和崛起。她表示,该校逐步发展,能够取得如此骄人成绩,主要是因为该校师生拥有一个相对纯净的环境。

谈及对衡水中学教师队伍的综合评价,信金焕说,学校教师教学专注,无外界吃请、有偿家教、痴迷网络等干扰事项,而是把全部心思放在钻研教学方面,因而教师取得的成绩较为突出。

据衡水中学校长助理郗会锁介绍,该校2013年共有104位学生考入清华、北大,这是建国以来,除北京外国家唯一一所考入清华、北大过百的高中。

衡水中学始建于1951年,是河北省首批示范性高中,中国十大名牌中学。在衡水中学,“素质教育更能提高升学率”已经成为全校师生的共识。

据郗会锁介绍,该校组建了很多学生社团,例如自助管理志愿者协会、共同行动志愿者协会、模拟联合国社团等,有计划地开展各种活动,既给了学生展示自己的舞台,也给了他们广阔的成长空间,促进了学生情感态度和素质的持续发展。

衡水中学高二学生俣语说,她参加了学校模拟联合国社团,每周都会上一节选修课,社团组织过以战后重建国际能源子机构改革等主题的活动,由此可以开阔视野,补充知识。据了解,2005年以来,该校有500名学生在全国青少年科技创新大赛、全国青少年影像节展评等各级各类大赛中获奖。近期,衡水中学学生李广明勇夺国际生物奥赛银牌,索耀瑨喜获中国青少年科技创新奖,并受到国家领导人的接见。

衡水中学还注重对教师的培训,对于教师来说,业务培训是其最大的福利。“衡水中学是我的另一所大学,在衡中的工作时间也是其自身学习成长的阶段。”该校英语教师李京华说,她在该校工作的14年时间内,分别去英国和美国进行过培训。

李京华坦言,这样的培训对于提升其自身教学水平大有益处,并将其所学所看所思渗透到教学过程中,提高学生成绩。

衡水中学规定,英语学科所有教师除新参加工作的年轻教师外全部到国外轮训一遍,学校还选派其他学科优秀教师到国外培训。同时,邀请100余位教育名家、名人给老师们作报告,三分之二的教师参加研究生培训。

“先有父母心,再做教书人。”衡水中学特级教师王文霞说,学校中有学生的地方就有老师,因学生并未成年,需在各方面给予关爱。

铜仁市教育局指导江口中学高考备考工作

为提高江口中学的教育教学质量,突破高考升学瓶颈,助力我校的“申示”工作,3月12日至13日,铜仁市教育局在我校开展了为期两天的高考备考指导工作。铜仁市教育局副局长姚元居带领市教科所、县教育局一行二十多人参加了此次指导工作。

本次指导工作主要从课堂教学、教研组建设、集体备课、教学常规管理、高三教师和学生的备考情况等方面全方位对我校的高考备考工作进行了“把脉诊断”。在此基础上,召开了铜仁市教育局指导江口中学高考备考反馈会,市教科所各学科教研员对我校高三各学科的诊断情况作了详细的反馈,指出我校教师的基本功是扎实的,同时也存在不同程度的问题,很多教师不能从学生的实际出发,忽视了课堂的针对性和高效性,特别是教研组、备课组工作没有落到实处,集体备课有形无实,各自为阵的现象严重。

铜仁市教育局副局长姚元居在反馈会上作了重要发言,指出我校的办学目标明确,校园文化建设有品位、有特色,教师队伍建设有成效。但是也存在一些严重的问题:教师集体备课没有落到实处,学校的教学常规检查不到位等。同时还提出了改进的建议:要加强集体备课、教案、作业情况等学校教学常规的检查,特别要加强校际间的交流、保障信息畅通等。

江口中学校长雷江文在会议上作了表态发言,“有则改之,无则加勉”,对于存在的问题,我们要改、必须改、坚决改,因为改则生存、改则进步、改则发展。同时我们还要不断反思和总结,找到自身的不足,要脚踏实地,把工作落到实处,也希望我们的教师能够坚定信心、顶住压力、扛起责任,努力为江中梦添砖加瓦。

今年来,我所党支部在分局党组的正确领导下,坚持从实际出发,结合自身行业特点,积极按照市局“五好”支部、党员干部创先争优“五带头”和创建“五个一”工商所的标准,带领全所人员创造性地开展工作,以创建五无监管区为第一要务,认真落实科学发展观,支部“一班人”团结一致,作风正派,工作务实,群策群力,依法行政,文明执法,切实履行工商行政管理职能,充分发挥了党支部的战斗堡垒作用,初步实现了领导班子强,党员队伍素质有提高、工作业绩明显、工作机制科学、群众反映好的预期目标。为维护辖区经济健康发展作出了积极贡献,共同谋划和开创了我所各项工作新局面。

一、加强政治业务学习,严格制度管理,党员综合素质提高明显

近几年来,按照理论联系实际,学用一致,按需施教,讲求实效的原则,我所支部先后组织全体党员按照“五好”和“五带头”的要求和标准,认真学习了《关于进一步做好党的基层组织建年活动有关工作的通知》精神和“三个代表”重要思想,并开展了“五个一”活动和党的先进性教育,党员的政治素质有较大提升。

(一)、党员队伍建设与制度建设方面。

一是狠抓班子建设。我所党支部是个有着光荣传统、充满活力、团结战斗的集体。在书记谭琼领导下,所支部成员达成共识:在工作中努力做到“三率先”即“率先讲奉献,率先讲纪律,率先讲廉洁”,努力做到目标同向、工作同步。二是狠抓制度建设。我所从实际工作出发,建立了一系列行之有效的内部管理制度,如:《党员教育制度》、《党支部书记工作职责》、《党支部组织委员工作职责》、《党支部宣传委员工作职责》、《三会一课制度》、《发展党员制度》、《党务公开制度》、《服务承诺制度》、《首问负责制度》等等,并坚持建章立制与照章办事相结合,抓检查、重落实,努力做到以用制度管人,使我所各项工作做到规范化、制度化。同时还实行了“政务公开制度”“开门评所制度”,坚持讲评会,使全所干部的政治思想素质得到了不断加强。三是狠抓教育培训。在业务学习方面,全体党员以“一月一法”活动形式为载体,采取“所长组织辅导,组长负责讲评、个人分散自学”的方式进行。积极组织干部参加岗位练兵,学习政策法规,在所内宣传栏,定期宣传政策法规,交流理论学习和思想教育心得体会,不断提高干部的综合素质。通过广泛开展思想政治教育、业务理论学习,积极鼓励大家比学习、比干劲,开展岗位练兵和干部定期述职活动,每周坚持政治理论学习和法律法规的学习讨论,不断深化全所人员的学习教育,注重培养一岗多能的复合型人才,在监管执法中,全体人员熟悉法律,会宣传、会办案、会管理、会协调、会指导。

(二)、作风建设与政务公开方面

工商干部的作风建设事关党和政府与人民群众的关系,也是积极实践“三个代表”的要求,为此我所重点抓了纪律整顿工作。一是整顿执法纪律,主要检查有无“不作为和乱作为”的现象。二是整顿财经纪律,三是整顿着装纪律,要求工作人员着装整齐、挂牌上岗。四是整顿劳动纪律,实行签到制度,上班时间严禁办私事。五是整顿群众纪律,教育干部牢固树立为人民服务的思想。我所积极推行政务分开,将有关廉政措施、工作人员行为规范、省局“八条禁令”、“首问负责制”、“服务时效承诺”等相关内容在醒目位臵予以公示,主动接受社会监督。征求市局,分局和人民群众对我所的意见,各项工作得到上级肯定,经测评,人民群从的满意度到达100%。

二、围绕创“五无监管区”中心工作,充分发挥工商职能服务新要求

莲花工商所位于分局最偏远的莲花镇,几年来,所党支部积极围绕中央一号文件精神,紧紧围绕中心工作任务,充分发挥工商职能作用。

(一)、培训农资经营户规范农资市场

X年X月X日下午,所组织辖区农资经营户学习政策法规,来自辖区内的X家农资经营户参加了培训学习。会上,谭琼所长传达了国家工商总局、市局《关于深入开展“红盾护农行动”的通知》。认为,作为农资经营者和工商部门,都要自觉站在遵守法律法规和保护农民消费者权益的角度,共同维护好农民的合法权益。要求辖区的农资经营户要力争在全区、乃至全市取到示范带头作用,要切实做到“三不要三要”:一是不要销售假冒伪劣农资,要注意保存自己的进货发票;二是不要发布虚假广告,要诚信经营;三是不要出售高毒高残留农药,对新品种的农药化肥要对农民讲清楚具体使用方法。

(二)、建立农资陈列室确保丰收留证据 为了对农资商品的种前监督,全所党员在所有农资经营户中大力宣传,在全区率先建立农资商品留样备案陈列室。具体的操作是一查,二抽,三陈列;所专管员在市场巡查时对农资经营者经营的销售量大的商品进行检查,查看他们的进货发票,商品的标签内容。在按照抽样检查的方法对商品进行抽样封存,并对照发票和商品标签填写备案登记卡,经农资经营者签名;最后放在工商所内的陈列室的陈列橱窗中。现在,陈列室内陈列了辖区内50余农资经营户的农资商品留样。这样一是对农资经营户的加强自觉防范,二是为农民维护权益保留了重要证据。

(三)、12315联络站村村通农民维权不出村 按照落实科学发展观、构建和谐社会的需要,所在莲花镇推行12315消费者维权联络站进村,现在镇X个自然村100%建站。X个学校、企业、市场同时也建立了联络站,通过推进12315进村行动,我们广大农民可以在家门口维护自己的合法权益。我所依托行政村建立12315消费者维权联络站,共同负责消费者的咨询,受理消费者的投诉举报,调解消费纠纷,帮助消费者排忧解难,方便广大农民消费者就近投诉,及时把消费纠纷解决在基层。加强农村消费者权益保护宣传教育工作,利用多种形式宣传消费者权益保护方面的法律法规,在农民中普及消费维权知识,增强了广大农民群众的消费维权意识,提高了依法维权的自觉性。近两年来,我所就成功化解农民投诉X起,为农民挽回经济损失X万余元。

今后,我们将继续发挥党组织的战斗堡垒作用,团结带领广大党员干部,努力践行科学发展观,开拓创新,为构建和谐社会,为莲花镇的经济又快又好发展作出新的贡献,力创所的全面工作再上新台阶。

一、指导思想

为贯彻落实5月15日全国中小学幼儿园安全工作电视电话工作会议精神和6月7日全国安全生产工作电视电话会议精神以及省市县安全工作要求,防范和遏制各类安全事故发生,根据教育局的部署,决定从6月初到9 月底,在我校开展一次安全大检查活动,深入排查各种安全隐患,为师生营造平安和谐的校园环境,特制定本计划。

二、工作任务

宣传,贯彻落实国家及省、市、县的有关安全工作的方针、政策、法律、法规和规章,建立建全校园各项安全管理制度和安全应急机制,及时消除隐患,预防发生事故,保障学校正常教学、教育秩序。

四、工作目标

(一)切实提高学校安全工作标准和提高各类安全预案应急处置能力,完善事故预防措施,及时排除安全隐患,不断提高学校安全工作管理水平。

保证教学教育秩序稳定,不发生社会影响较大、群众反映强烈、危害严重的重大刑事案件、治安案件和疾病传染病、食物中毒和自然灾害事故,确保师生生命和学校财产安全。

(三)进一步健全综合治理、安全机构和信息网络,并发挥各自的职能作用和学校应急小分队、保安人员的作用,全面开展工作,有效维护学校内部治安秩序,严禁非本校师生,流动人员、外来人员随便进入校内,杜绝社会青年闹校事件及各种暴力事件发生。

(四)采用多种形式,加强对学生的思想政治教育、法制教育,增强学生的法制观念,提高法律意识,教育学生懂法、守法、用法。教育师生不参加非法组织,不参与危害社会秩序的活动,坚决同违法犯罪现象斗争。

(五)杜绝赌博,反对封建迷信活动以及危害学生身心健康的活动。为防止学生对世界观、人生观、价值观的形成,发生不良影响,对宣传迷信和伪科学的图书及出版物、网络、色情、暴力的坚决收缴和拦截。

五、学校综合治理、安全生产及校园安全保卫工作具体要求和措施

1、进一步加强综治、安全生产工作的组织和领导作用,要把学校安全工作放在重中之重的位置,突出安全工作重点,明确安全工作目标,健全学校应急、预案和演练。

2、落实安全工作责任制,进一步健全和完善规章制度,完善安全工作长效管理机制,落实各项防范措施,特别对发现的新情况、新问题和薄弱环节制定相关规定和制度,改进防范措施。

3、以预防为主,人人都是安全教育工作者,学校领导和班主任要经常性的对教职工、学生、保卫工作人员进行安全教育,每次安全教育要有目的、有计划。每月由学校安全保卫工作人员对学校安全问题进行一次全面检查,逐项排查、查出隐患,并整改措施到位,做到学校安全工作无盲点、无漏点。每次检查都必须记录在案。

4、继续加强值班、值日制度

(1)校门口值日人员必须由学校领导一名和一名学校保安人员、及学校应急小分队队员5名,维护好上学、放学时段校门口的秩序。

(2)行政值班人员:学校保安人员及学校应急小分队队员对学校不间断巡视校园,发现问题及时处理,并做好值班记录。

(3)节假日值班人员:行政带值日教师及保卫人员,负责巡视校园安全、处理突发事件,并做好值班记录。

5、凡学校、班级组织的大型活动、野外、春秋旅游和社会实践活动前,要跟学校主要领导进行请示报告,并制定安全预案,并成立安全领导工作小组,充分做好准备和安全警示教育,采取有效措施对学生进行保护,并做好安全教育工作纪录,如发生意外安全事故,要及时上报主管领导。

6、发挥学校人防,技防和物防的设施,提高校园的技防能力,做好校园视频监控系统的保养和维护。

7、防止体育课和大课间活动的安全隐患出现,体育老师要备好安全教育并监督、引导学生在运动前切实做好准备活动,并在体育活动中做好防范和保护工作。

8、网络管理员,计算机教师要对校园网进行清理,有害病毒,并建设好网络管理安全平台,每天下班和平时无人时,要随手把门锁上,机器用毕及时断开电闸。

9、食堂管理人员要认真做好物资进出库及使用情况记录,发现隐患及时排除,并报告学校主管领导。

10、严格执行《学校食堂、中小学生集体用餐卫生管理规定》,严格查验食堂物资、食品定点采购和索证、登记。继续遵守卫生操作,做好饭菜留样记录制度,对食堂工作人员进行食品卫生安全培训。

11、积极联系政府,做好对学校周边环境的整治工作。

12、积极开展警民共建活动,积极邀请法制副校长及交通工作人员对全校师生开展法制教育和交通安全教育,使师生树立法制意识和掌握基本的交通规范和行为规范,保障学校安全工作顺利开展。

四、实施步骤

第一阶段 宣传动员(2014年2月)

1、抓好宣传发动工作。

这是推行“三案六环节”教学模式工作的必要前提。召开全体教师会议,解读“三案六环节”教学模式内容及教学要求,统一思想,提高认识,增强开展“三案六环节”教学模式的责任感和自觉性。

2、成立领导小组。

为确保 “三案六环节”教学模式的扎实有序开展,学校成立 “三案六环节”教学模式领导小组。

校长室领导,教务处负责落实,政教处、总务处、团委、工会、教研组积极配合,全体师生共同参与,全力推行。

4、建章立制,保障落实。

建立实施“三案六环节”教学模式的各项规章制度,保障“三案六环节”教学模式的顺利开展。

第二阶段 组织实施(2014年3月——2015年7月)

1、全面启动。从2014年3月1日起,全体教师在教育教学中实施“三案六环节”教学模式。

2、整改提高。每星期开展的教研活动中认真分析,找出不足与成绩,教务处、教研组仔细总结归纳,对实施“三案六环节”教学模式中不足与经验在下星期进行进行改进推广。

3、树立典型。开展讨论课,反馈课,改进课、过关课、示范课,树立典型,充分榜样的力量,由点到面,全面提高,让每位教师都成为实施“三案六环节”教学模式的优秀者。

4、表彰优秀。对在“三案六环节”教学模式实践中的教师进行

表彰,来激发教师积极投身实践“三案六环节”教学模式的积极性和主动性。

学校将在4月份期中考试后,开展全校的“三案六环节”模式的公开课展示活动。同时展示全体教师的“三案”。并请领导、专家进行指导。同时在本活动中优秀的老师将作为下一年度骨干教师的推荐人选的条件之一,并作为校教学能手的评选条件之一。同时作为年终评优的重要依据。

五、有效措施

1、校本培训,研讨解读

认真解读县《“高效课堂改革发展年”活动方案》内容精神。把它作为校本培训,统一全体教师的思想,深刻认识到实施“三案六环节”教学模式的重要意义,为顺利实施“三案六环节”教学模式打下了良好的思想基础。

2、完善规章,全力推进

许多教师长时间处于一种思维定势的环境中,他们对任何涉及到他们自身变化的改革都会自然或不自然地抵制,尤其是一些年龄大的教师。我们学校认识到要改变这种状况,必须着手建立健全各项规章制度,强化纪律的执行,再好的纪律如不去执行就等于是空话。我们全力强力推进实施“三案六环节”教学模式,转变以往的教学方法,提高课堂效益。

3、层级分明,责任到人

实行“层级责任制”,在实施“三案六环节”教学模式中,校长负

责全面协调,分管校长计划组织实施,教研组年级组具体操作,普通教师全身心投入。职责都非常明确,营造明晰的教育教学管理氛围,每人在做好本职工作的基础上,为学校建言献策。这些有利于“三案六环节”教学模式活动稳健有效推行,切实提高学校的教育教学质量,使素质教育迈上一个新台阶。

4、具体措施

①每个学科提前确定统稿人,负责教案、学案、巩固案的整合。②上课前由备课组长将教案、学案、巩固案电子稿上挂到学校QQ群。

③同学科组老师互相听课,交流教学心得。各学科组每星期至少推出一位教师开展研讨交流课。上交听课心得体会。

④校长室教务处推行推门看课制,适时调研学生,据此进行评析研讨。

⑤备课组长每天收集同科组教师教学情况,分析归纳,星期五进行研讨反馈。

⑥每学期开展一次“三案六环节”教学模式中的教学研究论文评比。

⑦全体教师会上,随机抽取教师讲解“三案六环节”教学模式活动心得体会。

⑧每学期举行一次赛课活动,进行评比奖励。

⑨提倡鼓励在按步实施、完善巩固基础上能够有个人创新升华的模式。

六、活动保障

实施“三案六环节”教学模式是一项重要的系统工程,一定要进一步加强组织领导,狠抓责任落实,确保富有实效。

We find that bright children are rarely held back by mixed-ability teaching. On the contrary, both their knowledge and experience are enriched.
