September 2006-February 2009: Sales Adviser in the Cookware Department, BHS.Weekend Sales Assistant, where my responsibilities included customer service, stock control, cash handling and opening store accounts.This work involved me in advising and assisting customers, coping with problems and unexpected situations and taking responsibility for cashing the tills at the end of the day.Summer 2006: Aviva Insurance, Folkestone, Kent

Interacted with managers and liaised with team members.Typical duties included composition of letters, organising presentations and liaising with clients.I learnt how to create, manage and update computer

to the show. During copious seminars throughout my three years at university I gained

experience in discussing and debating various topics and persuading others to make a transition to my way of thinking.Computing skills  I completed the ECDL course and am now proficient in all aspects of Microsoft Windows and Office including Word, Excel, Access and

很多简历,内容庞杂,形式混乱,贪多求全,恨不得把所有的事情都写上,结果,大杂烩,反倒让人搞不清楚应聘者究竟想表达什么。不同的经历,展示不同的能力;同一经历,不同的描述,也能展示不同的能力。写得混乱,只会让人觉得应聘者思维混乱、主次不分、目标不明。

你想成为什么样的人,就把自己塑造成什么样的人,不要奢望招聘者当伯乐。

二、重点不突出

对于应届生而言,阅历少、经验不足,但至少教育背景会是一个亮点。在面试中发现,有的应聘者只言片语带过自己的教育背景,甚至将本科教育经历和硕士教育经历写在一行,很难发现是研究生。其实,企业对于应届生的考察,并不是特别重视社会经验,关键在考察应届生的学习能力、适应能力、沟通能力和严谨程度。

三、面试重视程度不够

迟到是一种普遍现象。作为受过高等教育的群体,迟到应该事先电话告知。对时间尚且不重视的人,能指望他重视绩效、重视业绩吗?

书写混乱。一些应聘者在填表时,写的字实在令人不敢恭维。如果书法不好,可以把行距稍微加大一些,至少不会把上下两行字插在一起、无法解读吧。

四、专业水平太差

面试的几个法学院本科生,参加过司法考试,也进行了长达几个月的准备,但问及相关法律问题,却答不出个名堂,如此水平如何从事法律事务?学了四年法律,水平尚且如此,又如何奢望他们在公司商业化环境下短期学习提升呢?

也有应届生想换行。换行没有错,但能不能对准备从事的方向进行学习呢?一位面试者说自己想往人力资源管理方向转,问及是否有所准备,答曰在工作中学习,把公司当学校、当实验室?

一定有备而来,不打无准备之仗!

五、瞎编简历

同一件事情,从不同角度可以进行不同描述,表达不同的目的。经历是可以挖掘的嘛。问题是,挖掘不等于编造。倘若是编造,没吃过猪肉,看过猪走路,也可。但连猪走路都没见过,却编猪走路,岂不是瞎编?

深入提问几下,水分立刻就出来了。一个法学院本科生在被问及一年前所独立撰写的商业计划书时,竟然说时间太久已经忘了,荒唐!自己独立撰写的东西,这么快就忘,此等记忆力能做法律事务?要是真忘了,那就别写在简历中;写了,就立马去查阅一下过往资料,为什么不呢?懒!

求职靠的是实力,不是侥幸,不是纯粹的运气!

练好内功,打好基础,才会成功!与其反复奔波、饱受打击,不如静下心深入剖析自己、挖掘自己、充实自己!
