昨日，重庆晚报记者在招聘会上采访了近20名女生，设想起未来的工作，还未走出校园的她们，已经感到压力不小。

担心房租太贵

22岁的谷小利来自万州，就读于工商大学机械电子工程系，她最大的担忧是未来的工作是否离家近。“逛了一圈，几乎没看到来自万州的企业。”谷小利告诉记者，她一方面想留在主城工作以获得更多机会，另一方面又怕承受不起越来越贵的房租。

担心工作环境太复杂

来自工商大学环境工程学院的小唐，希望找到一个工作环境相对纯洁的单位。她说，像她这样的90后一般都是独生子女，一起工作难免会有摩擦，只希望不要勾心斗角。“因为我的沟通能力比较缺乏。”小唐说，天天在一个办公室相处，难免有说错话的时候，如果周围同事要多心的话就麻烦了。

担心生育没保障

“多数女生毕业都二十三四岁了。”工商大学会计系的杨雨薇说，她在网上看到，有些企业专招已婚已孕的女性，还有一些企业在女员工怀孕时就变相将其辞退。

企业给予员工的福利，杨雨薇最看重的是产假。昨天，她在招聘会逛了一个多小时，没有发现一家企业将“女员工产假”这个条件写在招聘海报上。“如果没有明确写出来，很多女生也不好开口去问，毕竟现在太年轻，远未到生孩子的年龄。”杨雨薇说。

担心实际操作不达标

同样来自会计系的杨宇林告诉记者，在学校学到的实际操作技能比较少，担心工作后不能完成单位派发的任务。“一想到实操水平不达标就开始实习上岗，每天都要被领导念叨，感觉压力很大。”杨宇林说，希望能找到一家提供实操培训的企业，或者工作环境相对宽松的企业。
